    Happy with service so far. Fast and efficient service when I was claiming endowment compensation. Explained my pension transfer from with profits to unit linked and carried out the transfer with no problems.

    I moved my pension via MKFP as it was not performing well and got advice about SERPS. I have not required any contact since the transfer so I can't comment on the customer service beyond that.

    MKFP www.serpsreviews.co.uk are very helpful, explained everything fully, and nothing was too much trouble, would recommend very highly

    My Serps and endowment claim were successful. They also helped me away from my endowment mortgage which was performing terribly

    MKFP performed a full review of Serps pension and made recommendations. They followed these through and made the Serps claim. I won Serps compensation but because my Serps pension was small, I didn't win too much.

    MKFP didn't charge me anything for doing the claim!! Everything from start to f ...
