    What we bought was fine for 2 years and then the mat started slipping and shaking. No help from the help desk other than being sent photocopies of the handbook that we had already.     After assembling the cross trainer, we found that there was a problem with one of the holding nuts becoming loose.     York Fitness Equipment always seem to have good deals on various products week in and week out. The discount warehouse really offers bargains if you don't mind equipment not having that brand new look.
