Greenwoods is the worst spa in England. The treatments are rushed, staff rude, facilities not very good. Relaxation room is a joke! Greenwoods Hotel Spa and Retreat is like a Hilton, not bad at all, not boutique but then it doesn't sell itself as that and it is in a great location, easy to access from London but you really do feel out of the City.

Greenwoods Hotel Spa and Retreat is a wonderful place to stay. Spa was very good and treatments were excellent. Staff were all very nice and could not do enough to help you. Food was excellent.
