    I think Belks has some great items but they need to take better care of their relations with their card holders. They have some nice things but their sales people can kill a sale. WalMart is so successful because they do not give the customer a hard time when they return something. The average pe ...

    Belk's department store really have decent clothes, and mostly affordable. I usually shop there on sale days and stuff, and I get very good deals. I went the day after Christmas and saved about 800 dollars. I got a pair of 7 for all mankind jeans for 48 dollars!
