Really poor signal for 18 months with Setanta Sports, and after 18 months of calling abut this they decide they might have sent me a faulty card at the start. I am now trying to cancel which is a nightmare. I cancelled my direct debit as I dont owe them any money and dont trust them to take any mo ...

Got connected 29th April 09 4 days later on the phone to them as picture quality was really bad.. Sent new signal to sky box but no improvement.. been on the phone several time since and wrote letters.. Got a reply saying that its NOT THERE FAULT ! what a joke.. Got put through to technical support ...

If you just cancel your direct debit with Setanta Sports cos you're having problems getting anywhere with them [ you cant cancel a card ] you'll find you are still receiving their transmission even months after.
i was still connected 6 months before getting letters asking for bank details. put a n ...

The picture quality is attrocious, especially on fast moving scenes. Watching football is like trying to watch a 1980's computer game through a dirty window. Setanta Sports is not worth the subscription - it would be painful to watch even if it was free.

great company they offer setanta sports1 to every one not like sky with sky sports plus you get loads of sports for not much money.

This company are the worst I have ever dealt with. At one point I had Setanta acknowledging my account was closed and settled in full whilst their third party call centre was threatening legal action claiming I still owed money and it would affect my credit rating, to cap it off if you stand your gr ...

Dreadful! Signed up for Setanta for Chelsea match but did not receive signal. After at least 2 hours on the phone, 6 customer service agents, still no joy and they were disputing giving a refund.

I signed up to Setanta Sports in November 2008 using a CAM plug in. After 11 seperate attempts on the phone with Setanta trying to get it to work, I returned the CAM and card, and requested they reimburse me for the cost of the CAM and subscription. Only premium sports channel available on Freeview, so if you want to watch some premiership football etc, its the only choice!
I enjoy Setanta sports but wish I could get Sky sports instead. There was a plan to offer it on Freeview but that has been cancelled.So we are stuck with Setanta; its not ba ...
