I have a thick beard and it is the only electric razor that has worked for me. Really like the feel of the unit very aerodynamic.
The price is a bit much but if you do not mind that then I think it is perfect.

This is the worst Braun razor that I have ever owned! It gives a very poor shave and has stopped working on a number of occasions, just lucky that I live close to a service agent. I think the Braun 9595 Pulsonic Shaver is technology for the sake of it which in fact reduces the effectiveness by a significant amount. I would suggest you buy something half the price that isn't Pulsonic and you'll be fine. Mine is now boxed up and will probably end up in the bin in a few years to ...

I have had Braun shavers for the last 20 years. Braun 9595 Pulsonic is by far the best but still has faults. A shame as this is an expensive shaver. I think the carry case is very cheap and nasty.
