    Having used Blueyonder for many years I can categorically say there has been a steady decline in every facet of its capability since becoming part of Virgin.It is very very slow to load and respond to all keyboard instructions.

    Great package ( its all with Virgin )

    Fast internet V+ box is class....phone clear and perfect.Do not have to rely on old fashioned copper wires and living miles away from an exchange.hence poor broadband.........makes Sky old fashioned, dodgy pictures when the wind blows etc.....crystal clear now ...

    Would not recommend Blue Yonder at all unless you don't use it during peak hours and don't mind if you can't always access your email. During peak hours my bandwidth is throttled down to 25% of what it should be. Frequently I have no connection at all, or a highly unreliable one. Customer service po ...
