    I have 2 cats covered by my policy and needed to make a claim in the first year when one of my cats was shot and needed major surgery.     A company that I trust that gives a good service at a price but possibly rather self-satisfied. Easy phone contact with helpful people, payment fairly prompt and no quibbles though all my claims have been straightforward injuries for vet costs.
