    Aesthetically, the SF 5 looks gorgeous. I was surprised at the weight of the guitar considering it has a solid mahogany back and solid cedar top, its really quite light, but this is probably because it is such a small bodied guitar.

    The Cort SF5 Accoustic Guitar is a nice guitar, it is a good size and sounds good. It has a clear mid range. However, it has a 'swashy' sound when plugged in,and the frets buzz if you don't hit the middle first time.

    The Cort SF5 is a 'folk' sized semi-acoustic guitar with cutaway.

    Do not mix it up with a Cort SFX5 (or SFX anything). The SF5 has a slightly deeper body, and a solid top and solid back. The SFX models are thinner, and feel more like an electric guitar.
