Very helpful in assisting recovery of my vehicle when it was being driven by my elderly mother. Service was similar to that provided by green flag and the RAC.

I have used IC Breakdown Cover on 2 occasions and found them good. They also send you text saying the repair team are on their way and will be with you in ----time, which I found good. Also, customers get £5 discount on taking 2nd breakdown cover on their already competitive prices.

Just got back from breaking down on the motorway, as soon as I called IC Breakdown they dispatched a veichle which arrived within 20mins plus got a text message to say estimated time of arrival and a phone call to check if I was still ok. IC Breakdown Cover is very polite and professional when called out, telephone text message sent out to you to let you know who and when are coming to assist you.fantastic price to join, took out the gold option which takes away all your worries when you break down.
