    great for a quick cup but it does seem to leave a scummy layer on top of the cup.

    Product stopped working after about 6 months (only seems to produce cold water)

    Just purchased Breville Hot Cup much better.

    Like many others who have written here, we used our Tefal quick cup only 5 times and it suddenly stopped producing hot water. It looks like the heating element just gave out.

    I bought this kettle at Easter. It drips water after each use so I have to constantly wipe the kitchen top. The water never was very hot but now after just a few months of use, the water is actually only tepid, therefore I have to heat the tea in the microwave for 30 seconds each time.

    Weve owned this Tefal Quick Cup for 13months and it broke down totally which means it is a very expensive kettle i would have got more use out of a £5 kettle considering my last electric kettle lasted ten years for less than a tenner,the quickbrew makes a warm cup of tea and is useless if you ...

    I'm suprised to read the bad ratings on the Tefal Quickcup because mine is just perfect and I've had it for months.

    Nice product, saves electricity - especially since my wife thinks kettles ought to be full before switching them on.
