I have cancel flights,by weather,and those cowboys,did not give my refund...PLEASE NEVER BOOK A CAR HIRE...LETS BREAK THEM,AND THEY ARE JUST AN AGENT, SO THEY DONT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING,AND IF YOU HAVE GOT A PROBLEM,THEY HAVE A CALL CENTRE,WHICH IS RUBBISH...THEY ARE BUNCH OF THIEVES.......

They are rubbish. They're T&Cs explicitly state that there would be no extra charge for dropping off the hire car at a different location. They lied and I was charged. I spent several months complaining to Cartrawler and they never responded on this point- they just ignored anyth ...

I have used this company once and found them to be very good. I even had an upgrade on my vehicle at no extra cost - the whole process was very efficient.

I would suggest to AVOID CAR TRAWLER.

The car was delivered as promised (I booked the cheapest car possible and that is what I got!)...but:
A) they use the fuel policy to CHEAT on you
When you get the car you have to pay for the a full tank of gas!
