    Ordered some polyurethane wishbone bushes over the phone, they checked for availability and said they had some in stock and would hold them for me. Told them I would collect the following day as they were desperatly needed.
    Went to collect...no bushes..no apologies...no explanation. A 50 mile round ...

    The Cheapest Satnavs that i have seen - I was looking to buy a mid range unit, however becuase of the very good price, i thought i would treat myself to the top of the range TomTom.
    Item was out of stock, but i was kept informed and received it a few days later! Very happy

    Ordered a clutch cable for a 1.9D 306, part came on time but was the wrong engine. Phoned them and a replacement was arranged and the wrong part collected. Second part to be delivered was completely wrong.

    Good Prices on replacement parts but volvo dealer cheeper for genuine. Absolute pathetic customer services! Loads of phone calls to fix a problem. Not including the numerous times they pick up the phone and hang-up before you can say a word! Still waiting for a manager to phone me back! even though ...
