Star rating should be zero!!

Oli failed to deliver on the date and time slot (7am-1pm) specified. I called their customer services who assured me that it was on it's way and might take up to 4pm. I spent the whole day at home waiting to no avail.

Extremely disappointed with Oli. Ordered goods on 15/09 by phone, told items would be with me by 17/09. Stayed in all day for delivery - didn't arrive. Horrendous service at Oli from beginning to end!! Good eventually arrived after being shipped to wrong address, customer services lie to you and online team don't reply to emails!!! Now having problems getting a refund. I would never use Oli again

DREADFUL!

The product they depicted on Oli website was a different style than the one they had in stock!
They told me to return and they would send the correct item to me. I had to organise for their courier to collect and ask a relative to be in.
