    This is the second kettle the first one leaked from the water level indicator window after 6 months. Morphy Richards replaced it with another one of the same model,unfortunatly the top section of the window came away from the body after two months and leaked from the other side as well, emptying mos ...

    Generally, Morphy Richards is a good kettle unfortunately it started to leak from the water level window and therefore was of no use after 3 months of use. (Lost receipt so couldnt claim on warranty)

    The Morphy Richards 43069 is rubbish. After 12 months the lid mechanism began to deteriorate and after a further 6 months broke completely . Had a 2 year guarantee so got a replacement. 12 months later had exactly the same problem with the new kettle. Now looking for a different kettle model.
