Totally useless! I would never advise anyone to use this delivery service!! It was awful, disorganised, the drivers and call centre staff were rude. Do not waste your time with them!!!!!!

Absolutely appauling company! It's like every poor customer service experience I've ever had, all rolled in to one inconvenient little package.

Left my parcels with an undisclosed neighbour and left no card to say so! Still no trace of parcels

Waited in for a collection, only to find that they had pushed a card through my door. I know lot's of people claim that HDNL 'didn't knock' and I would like to think people are being truthful but you always think how can this be?

Would definitely not recommend them to anyone - suggest you find an alternative - rearranged delivery to my place of work told it would be delivered on Moday 14 December - not delivered told it was still at depot and would definitely be delivered on Tuesday. Don't be fooled by the good reviews for HDNL - read them carefully and you can tell that they are almost certainly written by HDNL employees.
