    Roughly one year after we bought our Servis M6002 it just stopped working. After paying £50 to have an engineer out we discover the electronics have gone and will cost £130 to repair! Looks like you have to pay for quality with these things.

    My Servis M6002 worked out to be definitely a false economy. Not only did it just stop working one day.     The Servis M6002 was a reasonably cheap washing machine. Mine made funny noises after a couple of months, however they repaired the machine. Unfortunately after 14 months the water pump has gone, its out of warranty. There is no point in spending £130 plus on a machine that cost £200 n ...

    My Servis M6002 washing machine broke down after six weeks needed a new outer tank which would take 7-10 working days to deliver,it has now been fourteen days and part still not in. Servis dedicated customer care team couldnt care less. To get an answer from them you have to keep holding for 20mins ...

    The machine broke down after just 6 months, had an engineer out twice before they would agree the machine was useless. Servis would exchange my machine but only on a week day between 7am and 7pm but they would not renew my warranty even though it was a new machine. The delivery driver was supposed ...
