    If you value your furniture or interior decor..DO NOT BUY this Hoover DM4494.I have only had this maching one week, and I am buying an alternative

    This Hoover DM4494 was our first bagless cleaner, but what a disappointment. It clogs up very easily and then has a tendency to overheat.     This Hoover DM4494 is not practically designed for regular housework around a house of any size, though it might do for a small flat. The change-over from carpet to tool mode is awkward and involves a lot of bending. The motor seems to run very warm and when it cuts out through extended running time ...

    we bought our first bagless vacuum as a Hoover DM4494 thinking it would be good. how wrong we were.you have to clean the filters every time or they clog up and nothing gets picked up.within a year we have replaced filters, belt and WHEELS! we are going back to a simple panasonic bag type which gave ...
