    Bennetts.... what can I say? Telephone queuing only to be cut off. Emails ignored. Order cancelled by Bennetts, and finding difficulty in getting a refund - will possibly lead to court action!

    Things must have changed since the last 2 reviews in 2008. We had no problems with communications and received e-mails for each stage of the order process. Goods arrived fast in just 2 days and in excellent condition despite Xmas on its way with companies like Bennetts at their busiest time of yea ...

    We would never use Bennetts Electrical again, in fact we cancelled our order. Cancelling the order and getting a refund has proven to be harder than getting a delivery date. Misled us about delivery dates, unhelpful, delivery service they use only delivers on Tuesdays and Fridays between 7am - 7pm, ...
