Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy, never mind a friend. Their customer service is non-exist, they genuinely don't care. They won't answer your queries or respond to technical questions, not that it matters since their staff are utterly clueless. I will never purchase from Maplin again.

Be very careful buying anything of high value from Maplin. If it's broken or you want to return it for ay other reason you may well have a fight on your hands.

Maplin is one of those places you either love or hate. If you know what you want then all is well. If not, then you have to rely on the store staff and I've found that this can be 'hit or miss'.
