Dreadful. We were promised a guaranteed pick-up on Monday and arrangements were accfordingly made - nobody arrived. It was only collected on Tuesday. Money-back guarantee if not collected? absolutely shocking customer service, arranged parcel pickup for a friday between 9am. and 5.30pm. waited all day for collection and did not collect! contact phone number supplied closes at 5pm. and reporting a problem is through an online form which it seems nobody bothers to read. phoned monday mo ...

I sent a 15 kg parcel to Italy. The price was good, the site was easy to navigate and fill in, the collection was good and the delivery as well. All went very well. Would use again and highly recommend. Fast delivery and good price.

The parcel was collected on time and efficiently. I tracked it all the way to the address in Germany where it was delivered and signed for. The price was cheaper than the Post Office and I liked the way I didn't have to go to the Post Office to post it.
I would have no hesitation in using Parcel2shi ...

Parcel2ship is an excellent and highly efficient service. The drivers were helpful, and my parcels arrived in Germany after only two days without any damage at all.

Great service from Parcel2ship - all booked online - was sending to the mountains in France and these guys found a suitable courier (Parcelforce). 2 days later it was delivered as promised. Will be using this service again!

I had a 13.5kg ebay parcel to ship to the Czeck Republic so I costed this via Parcelforce with tracking and £500 insurance.

Parcel2ship has an extensive website with good and clear explanations.
Options to drop off parcels at courier depot or having them collected.
Good terms & conditions (better than all other resellers i checked).
Good price.
