    Exchange rate is the best we've found every time we've used them to buy dollars for trips to the US. Staff friendly, and always quick to point out that it's better to buy cash with cash.     Exchange rate was best around at time of buying. Staff were careful to explain that it was best to use cash to save on card advance charges. All together very helpful person on the till.

    Marks and Spencer Travel money was easy, quick, very helpful staff, weren't pushy trying to sell other products such as travel insurance. Had best rate around the day I went. This was first time id used them but will definately do so again.

    Banks in Florida would not cash Visa traveller cheques although small shops did! These banks would only cash American Express TCs if we had an account with them. Obviously we didn't.
