    I really enjoyed my stay at the Tyn Y Coed hotel, the staff were helpfu and accommodating, the bars get really busy on a friday and saturday night so get in early but there is always the residents bar but it doesnt have the same atmosphere

    I have been going to this pub/hotel for the past few years now when I go down to Capel. The only problem I have ever had is that you need to be in there pretty early to obtain a seat. The staff have always been friendly enough and if asked any questions will do their best to give you an informative ...

    Only good thing about staying at Tyn Y Coed Hotel was the room which was nice. Location in Capel Curig good as well. Would have been helpful to have a small A4 or A5 map of immediate location to show walks available to those who were not intrepid walkers braving all weathers.
