    Great boots if they are in stock delivery is speedy, if not in stock i had a custom pair made for me within 6 weeks. Outstanding level of customer service. Use their helpfull measuring guide when you measure yourself up. Amazing product. Fits like a dream couldnt ask for a better pair of boots.

    Yes, I've had to wait a coulpe of weeks for my boots BUT they fit! So a small price to pay rather than high street misery me thinks. Good choice of styles.

    Despite checking our all the very positive online reviews for DUO before ordering my boots in person at the Manchester store (to make extra certain I ordered the correct fit) this has been the WORST shopping experience I have EVER had!

    The boots were ordered in mid August, in the shop I was told ...

    Having waited the 4-6 weeks quoted as a delivery time I still have received no boots even though they are in stock in their stores...

    I feel this is poor customer prioritisation and service.

    I bought a pair of Duo boots from their Edinburgh retail store and found the whole service to be excellent. I first had a look on their website for boots and I found a pair I wanted easily. But I wanted to get fitted properly so went to the Edinburgh store where the staff were very accomodating and ...

    I haven't even got the boots that I ordered from DUO yet, and after waiting so long, I'm not sure I want them, as the sales have already started in most London stores.

    My boots ordered from DUO at www.duoboots.com are of a beautiful quality and arrived the next day. The fit is perfect - I am so pleased to have finally found a company that do my size in styles that are actually fashionable. Fantastic customer service, really helpful on the phone and by email.
