I have lost nearly a stone in 3 weeks foolowing the Tesco G.I plan. All I can say to the people who are complaining is they can't be very bright as it is really easy to follow and any help needed is provided.

If you want to lose weight this will work provided you are serious about it and don't lie ...

I have never felt hungry and the plan is easy to follow and the feed back helpful. This has been a life saver for me. No other diet h ...

The meal plans are great because if ...

I have just cancelled my subscription to tesco diets. I had to go onto the Gluten Free diet as I have recently discovered I am allergic to wheat. If you have ANY dietary requirements (even using the specialised Gluten Free Plan) the service you get will be significantly less than that offered with t ...

Tesco Diet has nice, tasty quick recipes for evening meals, easy to order menu contents on-line and have it delivered at home, weekly weigh-ins, support from others on the same diet

I have a full day - I'm up at 6am and out with two very active dogs for an hour and half, then back, ready for work a ...

I am on the Totals plan with tescodiets. This is great for me and I am cooking for my other half and two adult children as well. I joined yesterday and have asked for a refund but I don't think I'm going to get it. They've sent me an automatically generated email and have ignored my actual email.

Their recipes are not easy to follow and are confusing and in the advertising you get pictures of the meals with the recipes. You ...
