With Tesco Diet I experienced a huge amount of setup information and instructions. Menus on convenience plan appeared complicated to me. Totals plan (where you enter your own food) does not print off a shopping list so you have to pull together all the ingredients from the recipes. No link to online ...

They show variety of options and always have shown plenty. They are very supportive and always respond to your questions. It is very to access their website and to log on.
Overall I say it is FANTASTIC and the BEST diet website I have so far used.

As a dieter who has tried anything and everything over the years. I have found there support and meal plans fantastic and easy to use. I would certainly recommend the service to a friend.
