    Very pricey delivery at nearly £6 for next day from route one. Chose next day and it did not arrive. Called them on the delivery day and they said the parcel had been dispatched. Called the next day to say it had not arrived and they tried to first argue that it wouldn't be next day if I order ...

    The Route One online shoe shop are just not on the ball. The price was great, but the shipping let them down, and they never responded to any of the emails I sent asking whether they had dispatched the shoes.
