The phone overall is good apart from the touchscreen, I took a contract and got this phone, I have had to buy a new phone (samsung E250) which is a lot easier to send text messages

This is a good addition to the array of LG phones. Also it could have been made better by adding more features in it, such as stylus space, a good cover for the phone, few more games n stuff.

I got the Viewty as it was one of a few free upgrades on offer and I have never tried a touch screen phone before so thought I would give it the benefit of the doubt.

This phone just constantly breaks down. LG customer support are a nightmare to get through to and just told me to take the battery out and replace it again. And it worked. Trouble is i have to do this at least once a day because the phone goes off for no reason. The camera is good, but it broke down ...

A good touch-screen, Tuner FM, Mp3, Internet, Photo 5.0 Mega pixel with flash, you have a video footage, video conference. Maybe not enough slim but it's ok, when you call lot of time like 30-45 minute the viewty become very warm ouilllleee!!!
You can't clip the pen, the move everytime...not practic ...
