Customer service is excellent. All my emails were replied to within 15 minutes. Delays of a few seconds in placing trades are expected as the Internet is not immediate. If the market is moving quickly prices will be cancelled when you place your trade, but a few seconds is not going to ruin you. I n ...

Good looking platform but thats it from capital spreads. I often find that the platform does not keep up with the market moves more so when the market has moved in your favour, no probs keeping up when it is going against you! Capital Spreads Spread betting is a very slow platform and it seems, every time there is any question of whether the company or the client gets the benefit of the doubt from a trade, it has favoured them every time.

I would suggest you look elsewhere for a better-value spread betting company.

Delays in accepting and closing positions has got much worse in recent weeks. This has pretty much put a stop to quick trading encouraged by some of the the tight spreads they have such as daily FTSE 100 where the market moves fast. I will be using another account.

As the companies point out spread betting is a high risk activity. It is essential that customers have faith in the integrity of the companies they are using and the systems that these companies use. If not customers will vote with their feet.
