    Got involved in an accident on the other party's fault. H&R was very helpful offering help after the accident. All communication has been clear and quick. Very easy to get through to claim line.

    I only received a quote but what a breathe of fresh air compared to other insurers. Curteous, professional and extremely helpful . H&R Motorcycle Insurance took time to get the the best quote and went out of their way to ensure every question was answered thoroughly.

    H&R Insurance Motorcycle Insurance have really friendly and polite customer service, excellent rates and great staff. Having dealt with a number of insurers over the years, H&R are without a doubt head and shoulders above others for customer service.

    I never had to claim - so I can't comment on this critical aspect. But great customer service from H&R Motorcycle insurance and very competive prices especially Third Party Fire and Theft.
    I also changed insurance companies because of a cheaper premium and it was very easy to get my NCB certificate. ...

    As with many forms of insurance, you only know how good your insurance is if you have the unfortunate task of putting through a claim..Hopefully I wont find out.

    I've always had no trouble getting companies to give me a good quote. However, when it comes to the after care service it's a different matter , and from the comments on this site it looks like everyone else is having the same problems as me! Then I found H&R. They are really helpful and sort change ...
