A lovely bone dry, fresh white wine with apple and citrus hints. Well chilled this is perfect on its own, but also stands up great with a nice creamy pasta or a nice chunky fish like sea bass. It has a long finish and this wine just invites you to drink more and more, which isn't always good mind yo ...
