had a letter from shell citi card last week . cutting shell cashback from 3% to 1% orther spends from 1% to .25%.not sure wether to keep it on.is it worth 1p lte off?

Fraudulent items on my account from August 2008 have still not been sorted out. An official complaint has not been acknowledged and now the ombudsman is my only option. Needless to say, once this has been sorted out I shall be closing my Shell Mastercard account.

I normally pay off Shell Mastercard in full, but do so manually in order to keep a check on payments. I complained that the 60 days starts when they issue the card so by the time you get it you will only have 57 days for example - got a letter back saying they have now extended this 65 days to allow for postage etc...a result for the consumer!
