    I bought this phone one year ago. After the first month, it did not work well so ATT sent me a refurbished one. In one year, I have had 4 of these phones and now need a new phone because the screen is not working properly. It happen a day after the one year warranty.

    I am on a 2 year contract with orange , I have just had it over a year & (by a few days) a month or so before the years warranty, the sony ericsson w580i started to muck up.     The Sony Ericsson W580i was great for the first few MONTHS but has been sent for repair twice!!!! thought it would last but noo!

    Sony Ericsson W580i is piece of crap! complicated!! ackward to use, all bad.
    not to mention terrible workmanship, mine is already missing a button and i have not dropped it.

    This phone is very stylish but the keys can come off very easy but that is the only bad thing about this phone. It has got a 2 megapixes camera witch is quite good and it is a walkman so it is good for playing music
