    Poor parking, dusty rooms, lack of privacy and no milk for tea in rooms. Should not state parking for 4 cars when you are always having to move your car for others even when you are eating. I would not recommend The Old School.

    I would happily recommend it to a friend who likes, as we do, informality and friendly personal attention. I would however mention the single big table system although it is implied on the web site.

    A beautifully laid out Bed and breakfast/ Evening meal facility which I would recommend to anyone. Definitely the Thumbs Up

    We found a warm welcome ,the host & hostess friendly and helpful The food was carefully cooked &served freshly using locally sourced ingredients and bread was made each day.

    The rooms were cleaned each day fresh towels replaced sweety jars & biscuits refilled
    A lovely place to stay.

    The 5* rating was presumably given due to the quality of the fixtures and fittings, however the place lacks any warmth. I did not feel comfortable there. A couple who were there at the same time asked to pay by cheque, under their card guarantee limit. The response was, I'm not going to the bank to ...
