    DO NOT BUY THIS i worked for kirby they sell them for 2395 pound but but will accept 200 for them. kirby also offer a 10 year guarrentee saying they will fix it for free. but then they will send an service engineer round every year and wat the do is when they get to your house to service your hoover ...

    The Kirby Model Sentira is a great vaccum cleaner , nothing better & ive had my herritage kirby for 22years & just bought the sentria its so easy to use

    The Kirby Model Sentira is an excellent machine that outways its competitors - easy to judge - but contrary to ease of use, it actually cleans and this is what it is meant to do!

    Overall its the best i have EVER seen, the amount of jobs it can do is awesome its 5 machines in 1 and has and will save me HEAPS of cash during the time i will be using it.

    No pressure selling at all. The guy just showed what it does

    I guess my general over view of the Sentira home system is that its awesome....i have gone through many vacuums and none perform like my Sentria.

    Sales staff were friendly and over last year or so have had ZERO problem in getting shampoo or bags etc and came back to me 3 month later when i had forgotten how to set up the shampoo bit.

    Well done Kirby, ( uk ) to be exact the Womwell office in South Yorkshire.

    I have three kirby vacum cleaners. LEGEND2, ULTIMATE G the motor burnt out , so bought the SENTRIA which is a smoother quieter machine than the ULTIMATE G

    Salesman pressured my 78 y.o. grandmother into buying one, salesman put wrong date on order, financing company notified us on the fourth day after purchase, to avoid the 3 day return rule.     For the amount of money this "thing" costs, I expected much, much, much more. You can buy a used car for less and get better usage out of it. Do not buy this vacuum. For the price it cost I could buy a new vacuum every year for the next 25 years and get better usage.
