The phone card they gave me called every number except the one I wanted. By dialing the same French phone number, I was connected to at least three different phones, none of which was the individual I was trying to reach. Customer Service would not fix the problem nor refund my money. Impossible ...

they sell u
$5 card in $10 and $10 card in $20...
on top of that they charge u for transaction...
why u pay more if u can buy from store...

I bought reliance reliable card which says 2.2cents/min charge for india. But when I called, they actually charged 6cents/min and when I called customer care they said its because of the cellular service you called - if it depends then they should mention it on their website.

Many phone cards to choose from
None of the "contact" numbers on this website actually work if you have problems with your phone card it seems for me. Therefore the customer service is very unhelpful for me, I also cant seem to navigate around the site if there are any purchase information changes.

They promise you the rates of 3c per minute and no connection fee, and then they charge you $3 maintenance fee which is not even disclosed in terms and conditions, and your calling card is over. Very bad deal!!

NO customer service from Phonecardsmile.com - for example, you are not able to change your address once you put it in the first time. I moved and so my credit card needed to be updated, but I received NO help from the company.
