We haven't had a phone connection with Pipex for 3 months. Called to report it numerous times, have been told fault fixed and given a date and time for reconnection. It didn't happen. When I phoned to see what was going on I was told that there was no record of us ever having reported a fault?

I wouldn't recommend pipex if they were the only supplier around. i'd rather go without a landline and rely on my mobile.
i receive a bill monthly and have a problem every time and it is never resolved.
the call centre don't seem to understand fully what you are saying. the lines are usually bad wh ...

I have been with pipex (homecall) for the past 2 years and I recently moved my phone line back to be and I got a letter from both BT and Pipex confirming my date for change over (the 16th april). i thought that was it untill i recieved a bill from pipex charging me line rental untill the 17th of may ...

Extremely poor service and rude customer service staff. I will definately NOT recommend Pipex service to ANYONE.

As we have a Pipex Telephone Line the unlimited use of Broadband at £6 a month is well worthwhile. I have found any problems with the service is swiftly attended to via their help desk.
Trouble is it is only open to 5pm weekends and of course I use the Internet in the evenings!
