    Time Warner Cable customer service are full incompetence. Their unique features and acclaimed quality as absolute rubbish. Their costs rises while their services gets worse over time!

    Time Warner Cable customer service is a nightmare and no one knows what they are doing.     Switched to Direct Tv and so far picture is awesome compared to Time Warner. DTV service is overall better and cheaper. Expensive, I had picture quality problems(especially with HD channels)

    Billing and customer service is a nightmare. No-one knows what anyone else is doing. I cancelled my service and had turned in my equipment and they continued to bill me for service. 20 calls later they said they figured it out. No dice. Am in collections. They are still looking in to it.
