Book received is not the book I purchased. However, the receipt provided does not have an accurate description of item purchased and there was no invoice in the shipment. Hopefully their customer service will send the correct book.

These people are not very customer friendly. They tell you one thing and do something else. They have good prices, but after they add the extremely high shipping and the handling charges, they are not very conpetitive with other vendors. I would not recommend them to anyone. I ordered a part from www.partstrain.com which indicated it was in stock. I paid premium freight to get it fast. According to their site the tracking information would take 1-2 days to be e-mailed at which time the part should be delivered.

If you expectations of poor customer service is your main priority
then Parts Train is your company. Very unprofessional, incompetent and pretty much useless, no accountability!

If you get what you ordered from Parts Train you will be happy but customer relations in event of breakage, wrong order etc. is very poor!!! However, shipping was prompt and the article in good condition upon arrival.
