Had my Magimix kettle for about 6 months and it is corroding and leaking.The water filter regularly falls out into the teapot or cup and cannot be retained.
Their supposed telephone support line simply keeps you queueing before dropping you after a long wait.
Their web site is also non responsive.

I chose this Magimix Brushed Stainless Kettle for my new kitchen because it looked so beautiful and I thought it would be efficient with a name like Magimix but how wrong was I. I am now on kettle no. 5 which is now leaking.

As my Magimix kettle is still under guarantee I will be returning it and will have to look for another manufacturer as it seems this fault is going to re-occur with every Magimix I've had. What a shame they haven't sorted out the problem. I did email customer services but never received a reply.

The Magimix Brushed Stainless Kettle is quite heavy and INCREDIBLY noisy. We have an open plan kitchen and during a dinner party the noise of the kettle will bring conversation to a halt. How can this kettle be so noisy? From Magimix I would have expected something much better engineered but when this kettle boils it sounds like a plane is flying close overhead. I have to turn the radio up a lot to hear it!
