I was suprised by the negative comments of some of your reviews. My school visited Dickens World, nearly one hundred nine and ten year olds. I thought it was very informative and interesting, as did the children. Quite honestly we could have done with even more time there, as there was lots to do. Th ...

My husband and I took my mother in law and her friend - both in their 80's -to Dickens World. We found it extremely interesting, especially if you knew Dickens' works. We found it quite authentic and enjoyed all aspects of it. We did not find the prices in the shops over-expensive and the only cr ...

We drove from Bath to this 'attraction'. It's a good idea that has been very badly executed. The 'film set' within which the activities take place is quirky and convincing, & the ten minute 4D film is good. Little else is worthwhile. The actors who perform the short dramas are unconvincing & mim ...

I am 65 and I went to Dickens World today with my 8 year old Grandson and really enjoyed the day. I found all the facilities offered were working and all the staff very helpful.Even the food in the restaurant was good and reasonably priced. My Grandson was just as impressed as I was and asked to ret ...

Dickens World should be called Victorian world. When it opened staff were told not to be Dickens characters, just Victorian. Many changes since but not enough. Worth a fiver but no more.

Dickens World, Chatam...I'm very sad to read such negative reviews about this super attraction. I took my 12 year old son and my 60 yr old parents and we all had a super day. You enter a well built detailed set of houses & courtyard. The boat ride is fun especially if you take a good look around you ...

The reviews I read about Dickens world were quite poor. but I took my kids and went with friends and we truely had a real good laugh! I was expecting it to be all over and done with in 10mins. but we watched a couple of plays and a brief film about Dicken's life in 4D and had coffee in the sandwich ...

    Review of Dickens world

This attraction is a waste of time and money. We had vouchers for 20 per cent off the entrance fee and still considered that we had been ripped off. We were a family of five and were frankly at a loss to find enough to do to last even for a couple of hours. Half of the amen ...
