Purchased a mattress from Beds Direct in March 08 which had to be changed after 6 months because of poor quality. After a further 6 months the replacement is now so uncomfortable you get up more tired than when you went to bed!! £640 mattress and its no good after 6 months and Beds direct / M ...

Not many of these, I fear. We ordered a Kyoto bed and two double Silentnight mattresses, and we did eventually receive them. Price was good, and they offered free delivery.
