EDF are not just the worst energy company for customer service, they are the WORST company for customer service I've ever come across. They are very rude and unhelpful and depending who you get will tell you something totally different.

EDF Energy has better service above all other suppliers I have used. The ability to talk to somebody in the UK was a major decision in choosing, there maybe cheaper but you get what you pay for.
