Not easy to get directly to on line sign in.
If password refused no indication at that point as to how to report the matter.
Suggest you look at other bank web sites for ideas.
Why do YOU give a user Id and not allow user`s own? AND don`t patronise with the length of review below.

This site is visually confusing. When I log on I want a clear homepage that directs me to specific areas of interest, not a bombardment of information that is difficult to sort through. Get a new web site design !

Who ever has designed the website should ask some one inexperienced to use it and obtain comments; have a look at Nationwide's page to see very simple and understandable page to navigate and use.

I opened an eISA account with Bradford & Bingley in April 2008 because the interest rate was very good. The second year (2009) the interest rate was very poor so I requested a transfer to another ISA Provider. The transfer was agreed with B&B on 15th April 2009. To date 29th July the money has still ...

My wife and I applied for an eISA in early May 2008. We received our application numbers and an assurance that our Welcome Packs (joke) had 'gone to post'. Our cheques were posted on the 17th. May and cashed on the 28th. May. We returned from holiday and a letter was waiting for me giving me an acco ...

I have Internet Saver(1). Bradford and Bingley emailed me to say the rate was cut to 5.65% with a table comparing a few accounts that pay less, saying this is still a great place for my savings.

They didn't mention that they now have Internet Saver(2) paying 6% for new accounts!

    My money will be ...

I was looking for my first mortgage and came across Bradford & Bingley online. There were some helpful calculators and a good section on buying my first home. Would have liked more though, as I have been reading up on mortgages for a few weeks and having the one place that has all the advice and the ...

A Review of Bradford and Bingley Internet Banking www.bradford-bingley.co.uk

I have got an eISA (which is no longer available to new clients) with a good rate of interest 6.05% AER as at 29/07/07.
That ISA was transferred from HSBC which stopped being competitive.
Internet security could be be ...
