    I bought a Domotec DSC00003 and within 13 months it had broken twice. I only used it once a week to steam the carpets and mattresses so it wasn't being abused in any way.

    The second time it broke it was just days outside warranty and Domotec refused to either fix it or replace it. Instead they said ...

    My Domotec DSC00003 worked OK once, but then never worked again! Took to pieces, found very flimsy switch in handle gone. Open circuit but awaiting part from RS and will see if that is the cure watch this space!
