I am a great fan of Ikea furniture, it's cheap and easy to put together whilst still retaining quality. Alot of the furniture here is pretty simple and sturdy.
Shopping here in general is a nice experience, the branch I use is in Brent Park and it is open until 10pm. This branch has free childcare ...

This was changed to 22nd May and when the day came they were missing a mattress but we weren't told, only found out when they delivered. Missing mattress was booked to be delivered on 29th. A £500 collection of furniture ended up costing £850 with all the incidental expenses and took 20 hours of driving and 3 days to sort out. Their staff were unhelpful, arrogant and rude. I would not go to shop in Ikea again if my life depended on it. Their stuff is cheap for a reason... ...

A recent visit required 2 follow-up visits to swap things, the MK warehouse wasn't open during the w ...

Ikea is a very customer unfriendly experience on-line, they phoned at 6.45pm to say that bedroom furniture would be delivered the following day between 12pm and 4pm the next day. Bedroom was cleared ready for this (thrown out). Comes to 3.15 my daughter text to see if they have phoned. She then phon ...

The entire online system on the Ikea website won't work with Windows Vista or any browser other than Internet explorer, which they don't tell you on their website. They claim that they will call you the day before your delivery to notify you of a time slot, however from my experience this is not th ...

I cant believe that Ikea has a generally low reviewcentre score! I'm shocked, i love Ikea I think its brilliant and really good value for money.
It always has a vast range of various things and is very cutting edge in some of its designs. The layout of all Ikea shops I've been to as been immense, t ...

If you want to get a good job, customised to your needs, at a reasonable price then I would not recommend the Ikea fitters. Just go through the phone book, find someone who is a member of the Master Guilds (or similar accreditation). Then chat with the person who will actually do the job.
Believe m ...
