This house of fraser is not particularly nice. It looks like it hasn't been done up since the 1980s which is a shame. They have quite a large selection of clothing but their ceilings are low and the store lighting is not great - especially in the basement. If you are trying to find a ...

The Birmingham House of Fraser store on the Mens floor has some very good staff that work on the polo section on the weekend, give very good survice and helpful advice on sizes, been buying polo there for many years.

I received very poor customer service from House of Fraser. The sales assistants were not knowledgeable about their products, and they didn't deliver when they said they would.
