having brought my home-tek steam mop HT824 i enjoyed 3 months of absolute bliss - they are a dream to use and take the pain out of keeping your laminate clean with 2 german shepherds running in and out of the garden

When I bought my Hometek cleaner in Feb 2009 I was very impressed with the way it cleaned and how easy it was to use. I don't think it is a very robust machine but it certainly cleaned well enough. the Home-tek HT824 is a really great appliance for steam cleaning . have enjoyed using it with very good results - BUT wait for it! It has suddenly stopped working! the pump starts on operation - the outside cover feels warm but alas no steam arrives!! we do not know what is wrong with it. Bought it ...

I own a Home-tek HT824 & it is great,you pop on a microfibre pad wash you floor & put the pad in the washing mashine is also great for steaming carpets & beds.& to fill it up put cold water in a hole at the top & you just screw on the cap,you will never have to use a mop & bucket again.
