    I flew AeroMexico to Santiago two years ago. I called and checked and they had FF space on the flight I want this year. AFTER I transferred miles from American Express Rewards, they informed me there was a $502 charge for each ticket due to "fuel charges.' This is 2009 when petrol has fallen 66%. ...
