Got this end of 2007, had occasional problem with freezing, particuarly ondemand films, but not for last 8-10 months. Love the replay service but occassionally can't get a BBC programme that is available on their online sewrvice. Kids love the music videos on demand as well as the films and kids sho ...

Hi,the problem first laid with custumer service,several different phone numbers to different help desk's which didn't record the info on the same computer system also when an engineer did eventualy turn up to sort the vo4 problem out, he said it was a internal fraid wire which was not covered by bt ...

Main issue with BT Vision - CUSTOMER SERVICE! & VBOX WITH LIMITED LIFE OF 2 YEARS! It's the most negative experience ever! Been with them on the Total Broadband contract for 3 years now. Got the box just after they came out.
So I've had smiliar problems as described by others with the Vbox - freez ...

My only complaint is, that I can be watching a program and the screen goes blank, meaning I have to do a complete re-boot of the BT Vision V Box. Strangely enough it only happens on a Sunday. Mybe there is work being carried out somewhere leading to a loss of signal? If so why aren't we given a warn ...

i like it, but if was to be a little critical then it would be of the on demand menu selection... its a little cumbersome, but does the job
Only other thing i would say is that when my arrived first thing i wanted to do was check HD. Now my box's audio is connected to a B&W zeppelin which does not ...

My big issue with BT Vision is the remote! Every day I seem to press remote buttons hundreds of times. At times I have to press a button upto 8-10 times before the V box will respond. BT Vision is not all its cracked up to be. Want to watch an HD Film you have to be patient it takes a download overnight or during the day if you have the grass to mow and the shoping to do. When you contact BT Vision, at least when I do I have real problem with the customer service reps dialogue ...

BT Vision V Box is a good on demand service, excellent for catching up on series (dr who, lost, silent witness etc), let down by BT's usual abysmal customer service. good recording facility and storage space.

I have the Bronze package and for just over £13 a month I get around 15 or so "channels" such as MTV, HBO, Warner etc on demand that show programmes or whole seasons of hits such as Friends, Entourage, Sopranos and Lost. There are several big programmes however notable for thier absence such a ...
