After suffering this ISP for my company for over 2 1/2 years I cannot sincerely think of a solitary positive thing to say about Netscalibur UK.
Astonishingly poor DNS servers, poorly configured routing, appalling latency, speeds always below half of rated, and frankly shocking issues regarding VPN/ ...
